Registration Open for Land Use Planning Webinar Series

Registration is now open for a series of eight land use planning webinars in November and December presented by the Mid-Atlantic Planning Collaboration (a joint venture of the Maryland, National Capital Area, Virginia and West Virginia APA Chapters along with the Maryland Department of Planning, the Maryland Planning Commissioners Association, the Rural Planning Caucus of Virginia and West Virginia University's Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic.)

These webinars qualify for CM credits for AICP planners. They are also designed to appeal to citizen planners and local and state government officials.

Topics include Better Public Engagement, The Planner's Toolkit, and Equity Planning. A number of webinars designed to update attendees on legal issues like sign ordinances and green energy will also be offered. Registration will open soon.
