Green$ense 2009 Conference

From green jobs and the economy to entire neighborhoods and the implementation of innovative new ideas, Green$ense 2009 offers a series of sessions outlining key steps to address these subjects. Whether you’re a professional in the building field or an interested citizen, the time has arrived to rethink and collaborate on best practices for buildings, neighborhood planning, and economic development.

Green$ense is a premier regional conference that highlights green building strategies and features breakout sessions and case studies with local and national speakers. This year, there will be an expanded exhibit floor, including displays from non-profit organizations. The event also features the Shades of Green Leadership Awards, an annual showcase of green building leaders in Western Pennsylvania.

The conference format is designed for busy professionals from Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia, and is suitable for both seasoned practitioners and those new to green building
techniques. Building owners and developers, facility managers, local and state government officials, real estate brokers, and
financiers, along with architects, engineers, and construction professionals will benefit from attending.

The Green$ense 2009 Conference will be held March 30 and 31 in Pittsburgh. Full conference registration and tour package is $235 before March 10 and $285 thereafter for Green Building Alliance Members. Registration is $280 early and $330 regular for non-members.
