DesignDC 2009: Architects & Planners Leading Change
There's a lot of talk about change these days, but the real buzz in the design, development and planning community is about HOW change is happening – and who the influencers are – architects and planners.
Presented by the Washington Chapter AIA and the Potomac Valley AIA, DesignDC 2009: Architects Leading Change is a three-day, peer-to-peer interactive conference and trade show July 14-16 at the Walter Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. This event has become the mid-Atlantic's premier gathering of top architects, planners, designers, engineers, consultants, contractors and professionals that shape the built environment.
This year offerings have been expanded and include more sessions, seminars and tours specifically for Planners. The first day, Tuesday, July 14, is Planners Day, with 11 different sessions to choose from, for a possible total of 6 CM credits, for classes below, each one worth 1.5 CM credits.
