Model Planning Commission Bylaws
Every Planning Commission should have a set of bylaws that outline the processes and procedures by which it operates. These are in addition to the legal requirements spelled out in the West Virginia State Code. The PDF document puts forth a model set of bylaws that can be adapted for use by Planning Commissions throughout the Mountain State.
